Coats & Cans 

Community, movement, and a little heart. Join us on Saturday, November 22nd at 9AM for Coats & Cans with Coach Q & Coach Cassidy, as we partner with East Cooper Community Outreach to gather coats and canned goods for Charleston families heading into winter. This heart-forward event is built on giving back, and your participation helps keep our neighbors warm and fed. We are collecting donations throughout the week so please bring what you can and invite others to contribute as well. To reserve your spot for Saturday’s class, please Venmo $35 to @Coach_Q21.
