Your Baseline Is Allowed to Change
Your baseline is not fixed, and it is not a failure point. It is simply where you are today. Some seasons of life allow you to train consistently, lift heavier, and feel energized. Other seasons come with stress, injury, travel, busy schedules, or time away from movement. When that happens, your body may need something different, and that is okay.
At Baseline, we believe fitness should support your real life, not punish you for living it. Progress does not always mean pushing harder. Sometimes it means modifying a movement, choosing a lighter weight, focusing on form, taking recovery seriously, or simply showing up after time away. None of that means you are starting over. It means you are listening, adjusting, and building with intention.
Your strongest routine is one that can shift with you. Whether you are returning after a break, navigating a stressful season, or rebuilding after injury, your baseline is welcome here. Start where you are, without shame or comparison. We will build from there.
