Our women showed up and absolutely crushed it on Saturday during our International Women`s Day workout! Coach Cassidy and Nicole threw down an intense full-body workout and the whole room rose to meet it. Thank you to The Flow Co for leading us in an incredible yoga sculpt class, and to Matcha Made in Heaven for keeping everyone fueled along the way.
