Small Group Training
Structured training with a small team beside you.
Small Group sessions are built around shared programming and coached progressions within a limited group size of 3–4 people. These sessions allow clients to train together while still receiving hands-on coaching, technical guidance, and modifications when needed.
The environment is collaborative, focused, and energetic — designed to challenge you while maintaining the coaching quality Baseline is known for.
You’ll move through the session together, push each other forward, and leave stronger than when you walked in.
